Creamy Potato Bake

It’s creamy and delicious


  • 1 large potato, sliced
  • 20g butter
  • ½ brown onion, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon Vegeta stock powder
  • ½ cup cream
  • ½ cup grated tasty cheese


  • Preheat oven 180º
  • Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté for 1-2 minutes until just soft
  • Layer potato slices on bottom of small ovenproof dish
  • Layer the onions over the top of the potatoes and repeat with remaining slices
  • Combine the Vegeta stock powder with the cream and pour over the potatoes
  • Top with the grated cheese
  • Bake in moderate oven for 30 – 35 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown on top
