These carrots are quick and easy to prepare and paired here with my “Creamy Potato Bake”
Ingredients
- 5-6 baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method
Preheat oven 180º
- Wash the carrots and drain off excess liquid
- Place wet carrots in a microwave dish, cover and cook for 2 minutes
- Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat and add honey, Stir to combine
- Pour the honey mixture over the carrots and roll to coat
- Place on foiled baking tray and bake for 5 minutes or till cook through
Serve with my “Creamy Potato Bake” or “Cheesy Mash Potato”
