A Little Story of My Journey

Welcome, my name is Judy and I live in Queensland, Australia,

After the death of my husband, I found myself home alone, my three beautiful girls had grown up and fled the nest and I was trying to cook for just me. I found I was either eating lots of leftovers or giving food away. I soon realised that this was costing me money and so my mission began, “Cooking Meals for One”

I have created or adapted my favourite recipes for you, the one who for whatever reason, finds themselves eating alone.

This website has been in my head for a few years and it’s only now that I have acted on my gut feeling that there is a need for single-serving meal recipes, that are tasty, fresh and easy to prepare (well almost always).
