Honey Chilli and Garlic Prawns

Reward yourself with these Quick, Tasty and Spicy Prawns

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 small red chilli, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 6 medium prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander


  • Heat a non stick frying pan over medium to high heat
  • Add butter and stir until melted and turns slightly brown (careful not to burn it)
  • Add honey, garlic, soy sauce, chilli and lime juice. Stir well and cook for 1 minute
  • Add prawns and cook while stirring approx. 1-3 minutes depending on size of prawns, Turn prawns over half way through cooking
  • Remove the prawns and place on serving plate
  • Sprinkle with chopped coriander
  • Squeeze a little lime juice over prawns
  • Serve with my Fried Rice or Salad of choice
