Reward yourself with these Quick, Tasty and Spicy Prawns

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 small red chilli, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 6 medium prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
Method
- Heat a non stick frying pan over medium to high heat
- Add butter and stir until melted and turns slightly brown (careful not to burn it)
- Add honey, garlic, soy sauce, chilli and lime juice. Stir well and cook for 1 minute
- Add prawns and cook while stirring approx. 1-3 minutes depending on size of prawns, Turn prawns over half way through cooking
- Remove the prawns and place on serving plate
- Sprinkle with chopped coriander
- Squeeze a little lime juice over prawns
- Serve with my Fried Rice or Salad of choice
