Ingredients
- 3 lamb cutlets, French trimmed
- ½ teaspoon sumac
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon grated garlic
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
Method
- Mix the sumac, olive oil, garlic, mustard and mint together in a suitable bowl
- Add the cutlets to the above marinade, and marinate for at least 30 minutes +
- Preheat your grill to medium-high
- Cook cutlets on a hot grill for 2-3 minutes each side
- Served here with Fattoush
