Sumac Lamb Cutlets

Mix the sumac, olive oil, garlic, mustard and mint together in a suitable bowl Add the cutlets to the above marinade, and marinate for at least 30 minutes + Preheat your grill to medium-high Cook cutlets on hot grill for 2-3 minutes each side Served here with Fattoush

These are so yummy with just a touch of spice

Ingredients

  • 3 lamb cutlets, French trimmed
  • ½ teaspoon sumac
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon grated garlic 
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint 

Method

  • Mix the sumac, olive oil, garlic, mustard and mint together in a suitable bowl
  • Add the cutlets to the above marinade, and marinate for at least 30 minutes +
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high
  • Cook cutlets on a hot grill for 2-3 minutes each side
  • Served here with Fattoush
