Hot, Creamy and So Yummy
Ingredients
- 1 fillet of steak
- 1 teaspoon oil
Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 1 teaspoon plain flour
- ¼ cup beef stock
- ¼ cup thicken cream
- 1 tablespoon canned green peppercorns
Method
- Heat the oil in a heavy-based frypan and cook the steak to your likeness, remove and keep warm
- Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour into the pan juices, bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer, stir until sauce reduces and thickens
- Pour over the steak
- Serve with Baked Jacket Potato in Foil
