Hot, Creamy and So Yummy


  • 1 fillet of steak 
  • 1 teaspoon oil


  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1 teaspoon plain flour
  • ¼ cup beef stock
  • ¼ cup thicken cream
  • 1 tablespoon canned green peppercorns


  • Heat the oil in a heavy-based frypan and cook the steak to your likeness, remove and keep warm
  • Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour into the pan juices, bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer, stir until sauce reduces and thickens
  • Pour over the steak 
  • Serve with Baked Jacket Potato in Foil
