This is a refreshing non-cooked fish dish, an absolute delight to eat

Ingredients
- 120g-150g Tuna steak, sashimi grade
- 1 passionfruit
- 1-2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- ½ red chilli, seeded and sliced
- pinch sugar
- ½ tablespoon chopped coriander
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Using a very sharp knife, cut the tuna steaks into very thin slices
- Lay the slices side by side, (close together) on a serving plate. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
- Meanwhile, make the dressing
- Cut the passionfruit in half and strain the pulp (using a sieve) over a bowl, discard the seeds
- Add lime juice, oil, chilli, sugar, coriander and a little salt and pepper
- Uncover the tuna and pour the dressing evenly over the slices, leave for up to 10 minutes letting the acid start to cook the fish
- Serve and Enjoy!
