Crispy and Golden
- 100g sweet potato
- oil for deep frying
- sea salt
- Peel and ribbon the sweet potato lengthwise using a vegetable peeler
- Heat oil (medium-high) in frying pan and deep fry the sweet potato ribbons, Be careful not to burn the ribbons, do this in batches don’t overload the pan, then drain the fries on a paper towel
- Sprinkle with sea salt and serve
