Sweet Potato Ribbon Fries

Sweet Potato Fries by cooking meals for one

Crispy  and Golden


  • 100g sweet potato
  • oil for deep frying
  • sea salt


  • Peel and ribbon the sweet potato lengthwise using a vegetable peeler
  • Heat oil (medium-high) in frying pan and deep fry the sweet potato ribbons, Be careful not to burn the ribbons, do this in batches don’t overload the pan, then drain the fries on a paper towel
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and serve
