Quick and Easy Nachos

This quick and easy Nachos is so delicious and on the table in under 15 Minutes

5-8 Minutes


  • 2 handfuls of natural corn chips
  • 2-3 tablespoons of refried beans *optional
  • ½ –1 tablespoon tomato salsa
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives or shallot tops


  • Preheat oven to 190ºc
  • Place corn chips evenly onto a oven proof serving plate
  • Spread the refried beans over the corn chips
  • Spoon the  salsa evenly over the top
  • Cover with grated cheese
  • Bake in oven 5-8 minutes until cheese melts, remove from oven 
  • Spoon guacamole onto the centre of the nacho’s
  • Top with sour cream and chopped chives or shallots
  • Note: You can break apart to eat or cut into slices like a pizza
  • Serve and Enjoy!
