
A great dipping sauce for Indian finger food

Ingredients
- 1½ tablespoons freshly chopped mint
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoons Greek Style Yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- pinch lemon zest
- pinch cayenne pepper
- pinch salt
Method
- Place mint, coriander, yoghurt, lemon juice and zest into a small bowl and combine
- Season with cayenne pepper and salt to taste
- Serve with finger food such as Samosa’s (recipe to follow) or Pakoras. Enjoy!
