Mint and Coriander Chutney

A great dipping sauce for Indian finger food

  • 1½ tablespoons freshly chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander
  • 2 tablespoons Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • pinch lemon zest
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • pinch salt


  • Place mint, coriander, yoghurt, lemon juice and zest into a small bowl and combine
  • Season with cayenne pepper and salt to taste
  • Serve with finger food such as Samosa’s (recipe to follow) or Pakoras. Enjoy!
