Tantalising your taste buds with this yummy pizza

Ingredients
- 1 medium pizza base
- 4 half thinly sliced (6ml) of butternut pumpkin
- Spray oil
- 1 ½ tablespoon caramelised onion (jar)
- 1 ½ tablespoon tomato pizza paste
- 100g lamb steak, cooked and sliced
- 80g-100g grated mozzarella or pizza cheese
- Sprinkle of dried Italian herbs
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- ½ cup or small handful of fresh baby rocket
Method
- Preheat oven 200º
- Spay the pumpkin slices with oil and cook in oven for 10 minutes
- Reduce the oven heat to 180º
- Meanwhile cook the lamb steak
- Combine tomato pizza paste and caramelised onion together and spread over the top of pizza base
- Sprinkle the herbs over the top
- Cut the pumpkin into wedges and scatter evenly over the pizza base
- Top with the lamb slices and cheese
- Cook in moderate oven for 8-10 minutes
- Top with rocket and serve
