
Yummy, this dip is very tasty and so easy to make and can be made ahead of time

Ingredients
- 120g-150g fillet of hot smoked salmon
- 1 teaspoon horseradish cream
- ¼ cup coriander loosely packed
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- 1½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
- salt and pepper
- 1 small red chilli, finely sliced *reserve some for garnish
- 1 green shallot, thinly sliced. *reserve greens for garnish
Method
- Remove the skin from the fish, flake apart with a fork and remove bones if any
- Place the fish into a food processor with the horseradish, chilli, coriander, lemon juice and zest,white part of shallot and Greek yoghurt
- Transfer to serving bowl
- Garnish with green slices of shallots and red chilli. Refrigerate til firm
- Serve with cracker biscuits and Enjoy!
