Hot Smoked Salmon and Horseradish Dip

Hot Smoked Salmon Dip by

Yummy, this dip is very tasty and so easy to make and can be made ahead of time

  • 120g-150g fillet of hot smoked salmon
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish cream
  • ¼ cup coriander loosely packed
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small red chilli, finely sliced *reserve some for garnish
  • 1 green shallot, thinly sliced. *reserve greens for garnish


  • Remove the skin from the fish, flake apart with a fork and remove bones if any
  • Place the fish into a food processor with the horseradish, chilli, coriander, lemon juice and zest,white part of shallot and Greek yoghurt
  • Transfer to serving bowl
  • Garnish with green slices of shallots and red chilli. Refrigerate til firm
  • Serve with cracker biscuits and Enjoy!
