Sweet, Sticky and so Tasty. A bowl full of yumminess
Ingredients

- 120-150g pork fillet
- 2 tablespoons cashews
- 5 bite-size pieces of broccoli
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4-6 fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
Marinade:
1 tablespoon honey
½ tablespoon soy sauce
½ tablespoon oyster sauce
½ tablespoon lime marmalade
2 teaspoons grated ginger
½ tablespoon Chinese rice wine
Sauce:
½ teaspoon cornflour
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1½ tablespoons water
½ teaspoon Vegeta
Method
- Cut pork into bite-size cubes
- Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl and add the pork pieces stir to combine, marinate for at least 1 hour
- Cover broccoli pieces with boiling water and set aside for 1-2 minutes, then drain
- Combine the sauce ingredients, stir well
- Heat the oil in a medium-size frying pan and add the pork pieces, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
- Add the drained broccoli and sauce, stir and cook for another 2 minutes
- Stir in cashews and half the mint (garnish with remainder)
- Serve and enjoy
