Ingredients
- 50g natural yoghurt
- ½ clove garlic, grated
- pinch of five spice
- pinch chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Method
- Place yoghurt, garlic, five spice, chilli powder and soy sauce in a zip lock bag and mix to combine
- Place the chicken fillet into the bag and rub the mixture into the fillet to coat well. Allow to marinate in fridge for at least 2 hours
- Preheat Oven 180º
- Place oil in frypan over medium heat, add chicken and sear on all sides
- Add chicken to small baking dish and place in oven for 6-8 minutes, until cooked through
- Serve with my “Beans with Onion Garlic and Tomatoes” or vegetable / salad of choice
