Crispy Beans coated in melted butter with Onions, Garlic &Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 140g beans, top and tailed
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1½ tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
- Cut beans into thirds
- Steam the beans in a steamer over boiling water until just cooked and still crisp. Place the beans into ice water to stop them cooking, drain when cooled
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat
- Add the garlic and onions, fry till both soften
- Add tomatoes and beans and heat through, toss to coat
- Season to taste and serve
