BJ’s Berry Smoothie

Thick and So Berry Nice



Prep time

Cooking time



  • 1 small banana, cut into chunks
  • ¾ cup frozen mixed berries
  • ¾ cup frozen mango
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla yoghurt
  • ½ – ¾ cup milk
  • 3 ice cubes


  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth
  • You may need to stop and stir, continue until it reaches the right consistency
  • If you prefer your smoothie thiner, just add a little more milk or less for thicker
  • Serve in long glass with berries and fruit to garnish


  • This is (my granddaughter) Bronte’s recipe, it’s her go to breakfast on the run
