Simplicity: Homemade pizzas are so easy to make and on the table in under 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 pizza base
- 1-2 tablespoons of pizza paste or tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs
- 2 black olives, sliced
- 2 anchovies, chopped *optional
- 1 sliced ham, chopped
- 1 cheek of red capsicum, chopped
- 1 green shallot, sliced
- 1 mushroom, chopped
- 1 cup grated pizza or cheddar cheese
Method
- Preheat oven 180ºc
- Pizza base (use store-bought base, pitta bread, Mission wrap or homemade base)
- Spread the pizza paste evenly over the base
- Sprinkle evenly with dried herbs
- Top with anchovies, olives, ham, capsicum, shallot and mushroom
- Top with grated cheese
- Place on a baking tray and bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden in colour
