The simplicity of scrambled eggs

Made in Minutes 


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 x1 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon milk*optional
  • 1 tablespoon butter


  • Beat the eggs, add 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (*and milk if preferred lighter egg)
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Heat a medium-size pan over medium heat, melt the butter to a froth
  • Add the egg mixture, using a spatula move the egg from the outside to the centre, keep doing this until the all the egg is cooked
  • Serve with a slice of toast and sprinkle with the remaining chopped parsley
