Who doesn’t like a healthy treat in 10 minutes

Ingredients
- 40g mince of choice (pork, veal, beef or chicken)
- ½ teaspoon Taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 3 baby cos lettuce leaves
- 3 tablespoons grated cheese
- ½ small avocado
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 3 teaspoons tomato salsa
- 3 teaspoons sour cream
- 3 corn chips, crumbled
*optional extra
- Lime juice for dressing the tacos
Method
- Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Add mince and taco seasoning, stir until browned and cooked through
- Meanwhile mash the avocado with lime juice
Assemble the taco by placing lettuce cups on serving plate
- !st layer grated cheese
- 2nd layer cooked mince
- 3rd layer salsa
- 4th layer mashed avocado
- 5th layer sour cream
- 6th layer crumbled corn chips
Serve with *optional lime juice and Enjoy!
