Deluxe Caesar Salad

This salad hits the spot all year round. Always a winner


  • 1 rasher of bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup of Baby Cos lettuce (4-5 leaves), torn
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • 1 hard boiled egg, cut into wedges
  • Parmesan cheese, shaved
  • Anchovies *optional
  • ¼ cup croutons
  • 1 tablespoon Cardini’s Caesar Salad Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon cream


  • Pan fry bacon pieces until browned and crisp, drain on paper towel
  • Arrange all ingredients on a plate and top with the croutons
  • Mix the dressing and cream together and pour over the salad

Note: You can omit the cream and use 2 tablespoons of the dressing if preferred
