This salad hits the spot all year round. Always a winner
Ingredients
- 1 rasher of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup of Baby Cos lettuce (4-5 leaves), torn
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ avocado, sliced
- 1 hard boiled egg, cut into wedges
- Parmesan cheese, shaved
- Anchovies *optional
- ¼ cup croutons
- 1 tablespoon Cardini’s Caesar Salad Dressing
- 1 tablespoon cream
Method
- Pan fry bacon pieces until browned and crisp, drain on paper towel
- Arrange all ingredients on a plate and top with the croutons
- Mix the dressing and cream together and pour over the salad
Note: You can omit the cream and use 2 tablespoons of the dressing if preferred
