Cucumber Dill Salad by

Deliciously Creamy and Tangy


  • ½ Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 3 thin slices of red onion
  • pinch salt and black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
  • 1½ tablespoons good quality mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic


  • Mix together the yoghurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, dill and S & P
  • Combine the sliced onion and cucumber and add to the yoghurt/mayo mixture, toss to coat well 
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill 
  • Serve with my “Creamy Lemon Veal” 
  • Also great with salmon, prawns or chicken
