BBQ Corn on Cob

BBQ corn by cooking meals for one

Another Tasty-Easy-Fresh Meal or Side


  • 1-2 corn cobs, husks removed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons grated, parmesan cheese
  • smoked paprika
  • 1-2 rashers bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Aluminium foil


  • Preheat BBQ to medium-high heat
  • Place corn on a sheet of foil large enough to wrap and seal the corn cobs
  • Spread the corn cobs with butter
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, bacon pieces, chives, paprika, salt and pepper
  • Wrap the cobs in foil and seal the edges to keep in the steam
  • BBQ for 20 minutes on medium-high heat, turning to cook evenly
  • Serve as a light meal or as a side
