Prawn and Mango Lettuce Cups

This salad is so fresh, fast and so yummy.Enjoy!

  • 1 iceberg lettuce cup 
  • ¾  cup prawns cooked, peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons celery, sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons red onion, sliced
  • 1 mango cheek, cubed
  • ¼ cup avocado, cubed
  • ¼ cup chopped lettuce *extra
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ tablespoon sriracha sauce*Optional
  • Wedge of lime


  • Mix the mayo and the *optional sriracha together
  • Trim the lettuce leaf to size 
  • In a bowl, add the prawns, celery, onion, mango, avocado, chopped lettuce and the *sriracha mayonnaise, toss gently and place the mixture into the lettuce cup, with a squeeze of lime 
  • Serve and Enjoy!
