Ingredients
- 1 iceberg lettuce cup
- ¾ cup prawns cooked, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 2 tablespoons celery, sliced
- 1-2 tablespoons red onion, sliced
- 1 mango cheek, cubed
- ¼ cup avocado, cubed
- ¼ cup chopped lettuce *extra
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ½ tablespoon sriracha sauce*Optional
- Wedge of lime
Method
- Mix the mayo and the *optional sriracha together
- Trim the lettuce leaf to size
- In a bowl, add the prawns, celery, onion, mango, avocado, chopped lettuce and the *sriracha mayonnaise, toss gently and place the mixture into the lettuce cup, with a squeeze of lime
- Serve and Enjoy!
