- 1 tablespoon lemon curd
- 1 tablespoon dollop cream
- ½ kiwi fruit
- 2 slices mango
- ½ teaspoon icing sugar
- Berry Pavlova
- 1 pavlova nest
- 1½ tablespoon dollop cream
- ½ cup mixed berries
- ½ teaspoon icing sugar
Method
- Lemon Pavlova
- Whip the lemon curd and 1 teaspoon of cream together and fill the nest, set in refrigerator
- Arrange the fruit and cream on top
- Dust with icing sugar
- Berry Pavlova
- Fill the pavlova nest with dollop cream
- Arrange the berries on top and dust with icing sugar
