Ingredients
- 1 Tomato chopped
- ½ Red onion chopped
- ¼ cup Sweet Basil chopped or torn
- Salt and Pepper
- Balsamic vinegar *Optional
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Bread stick
Method
- Slice bread on angle
- Toast or grill the bread
- Rub the hot bread with garlic and drizzle with oil
- Meanwhile mix the tomato, onion, basil and S & P in a bowl
- Place the tomato mixture on top of bread and drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired
