Asian Crab Lettuce Cup

Asian Crab Lettuce Cups by cooking meals for one

I just love the refreshing taste of Lime Chilli Crab and Coriander 


  • 140-150g fresh crab meat, drained and shredded
  • 1 lime juiced, 30ml
  • ½ tablespoon fish sauce
  • ½ tablespoon coconut or palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 teaspoons chopped mint
  • 1 small red chilli, sliced
  • 1 kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped
  • 2 crispy iceberg lettuce leaves


  • Combine lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, coriander, mint, chilli and kaffir lime leaf and stir well
  • Add the crab meat and toss to combine 
  • Trim the lettuce leaves to an eatable size 
  • To make your lettuce crispy, soak them in icy cold water then drain well
  • Fill the lettuce leaves with crab mixture
  • Serve and enjoy
  • Note: You can buy a 140g tub of crab meat at your local Coles or Woolworth supermarket
