A quick and easy dip that is great served with a Meze platter. Also lovely as a side dipping sauce

  • 100g greek yoghurt
  • 1 mini cucumber finely diced
  • 1 heaped teaspoon chopped mint
  • ΒΌ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • salt and pepper
  • sprinkle of cayenne pepper *optional
  • chopped chives *optional


  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except cayenne pepper
  • Place in a serving bowl
  • Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and/or chopped chives *optional
  • Serve and Enjoy!
