Ingredients
- 100g greek yoghurt
- 1 mini cucumber finely diced
- 1 heaped teaspoon chopped mint
- ΒΌ teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- salt and pepper
- sprinkle of cayenne pepper *optional
- chopped chives *optional
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except cayenne pepper
- Place in a serving bowl
- Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and/or chopped chives *optional
- Serve and Enjoy!
