Creamy Cheesy Tasty

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup chopped cooked chicken
- ⅔ cup canned asparagus, chopped or 16 whole spears
- 4 tablespoons canned creamy chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- ½ spring onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped red capsicum
- Black pepper
- Salt
- ¼ cup grated cheese
- Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- Sweet or smoked paprika
Method
- Preheat oven 180ºc
- Line the base of a small casserole dish with chopped chicken
- Top with half the asparagus
- Combine the sour cream, soup, spring onion, capsicum, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken
- Arrange the remaining asparagus on top of the mixture
- Cover with the grated cheeses and dust with paprika
- Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown
- Serve and enjoy
- Note: You can make the remaining can of soup into a bowl of soup for one
