Pork Fillet with Mustard Sauce

How yummy is this pork on your fork


  • ½ pork fillet
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1½ teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1½ teaspoon lemon juice

Mustard Sauce

  • ½ teaspoon Vegeta stock powder
  • ¼ cup pork juices (add water if needed)
  • ½ teaspoon corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon cream *optional
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon seeded mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Place pork fillet on a plate and sprinkle the curry power evenly all over the fillet
  • Heat a small frying pan over medium to high heat and melt butter. Add lemon juice and pork fillets, place lid on and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning to cook evenly
  • Remove from heat and thinly slice. Reserve juices for sauce


  • In a same pan as above return juices, add corn flour and stir to combine. Add the Vegeta, lemon juice, cream and mustards, stir till thicken slightly. Pour over the slices of pork fillet

Serve with  My “Lemon Spinach with Mint” and steamed pumpkin
