Ingredients
- 1 x 125g can chickpeas
- 2 teaspoons tahini
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- pinch ground cumin
- 45ml lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- pinch cayenne pepper
- pinch salt
Method
- Rinse and drain chickpeas, reserve 1 tablespoon of liquid
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor. If too thick add reserved liquid, a little at a time, blend to a smooth paste consistency
- Place in a serving bowl
- Serve with your favourite tapas selection
