Asparagus, Goats Cheese & Prosciutto Bundles

What a surprising tasty treat these little bundles are! & so quick and easy to make

Ingredients

  • 6 asparagus spears
  • 2 slices prosciutto 
  • 2 slices goats cheese 
  • Balsamic glaze

Method

  • Place asparagus into a heatproof dish and cover with boiling water. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, or until  fork tender. Remove asparagus and drain off excess water
  • Lay the prosciutto out flat and place a slice of goats cheese in the middle. Then wrap these around 3 asparagus 
  • Place the bundles onto a baking tray and cook in hot oven for approximately 5 minutes until cheese starts to melt and prosciutto crisps. Place on a serving plate, drizzle with balsamic glaze
  • Serve and Enjoy!
